Partial offers and Rule 9 waivers

The acquisition of an interest in shares in the offeree company by an offeror or any person acting in concert with it may result in the Panel refusing to exercise its discretion to permit a partial offer or to grant a dispensation under Note 1 of the Notes on Dispensations from Rule 9.
